Refund Policy
We want billing to be clear, reversible when appropriate, and handled by a human when something looks wrong.
Memberships
You can cancel a membership from your account billing portal. Access remains subject to the payment provider's subscription status.
Toolkit Purchases
If you bought the toolkit by mistake or cannot access the download, contact support with the checkout email and payment reference.
Plan Changes
Plan changes show a confirmation before anything changes. Stripe membership changes are scheduled for the next renewal unless checkout says otherwise. If a plan change looks wrong, contact support and include the Stripe or PayPal reference.
